With flexible timekeeper management, firms can add and manage internal timekeeper rates or submit rates for client approval. Self-administration capabilities also allow users to self-administer their accounts, including adding and deactivating users, granting admin permissions, and setting which users can submit accruals. CounselGO also supports multiple invoice formats and allows for the submission of PDFs and other non-eBilling formats. With unlimited invoice attachments, there’s no need to upload multiple invoices due to file size limits. In addition, CounselGO supports over 167 currencies. 

Onit’s SimpleLegal e-billing solution provides law firms and vendors with dedicated support, and users also have access to a self-help knowledge base and in-app prompts. Importantly, CounselGO leverages industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit, ensuring the security and confidentiality of customer data.
